US Federal Contractor Registration is third-party government registration firm that also provides federal bid training and proposal writing services. Clients who purchase proposal writing services are required to supply all necessary information, as and when requested, in a timely manner. USFCR cannot guarantee the creation and submission of a proposal, when clients do not supply required information timely. Clients must review the proposal when written, and has 72 hours – or a shorter period of time, depending on when the proposal is due – to request changes. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties related to the subject matter thereof, supersedes any prior or contemporaneous (oral, written or electronic) agreement between the parties and shall not be changed except by written agreement signed by an officer of the Company. If any provision of this Agreement is prohibited by law or held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions hereof and the unenforceable provision shall be automatically amended so as to best accomplish the objectives of such unenforceable provision within the limits of applicable law. User shall not assign or transfer this Agreement and any such transfer shall be void.
USFCR is a 3rd party registration firm that depends on government websites being functional and you the customer supplying information to complete the registrations. This is why the client must agree to not attack/criticize USFCR and any of its employees, associates or partners publicly (on public forums, blogs, social networks, etc) at any time during or subsequent to contract period. Similarly client agrees not to seek for SEO advice on any SEO forums, blogs community groups or any social media in a way which brings bad name to USFCR or any of its employees, associates or partners. In the case that this clause is breached, client agrees to pay ten thousand dollars in liquidated damages to USFCR. USFCR cannot be held liable for any and all acts of god, weather, disasters, etc.
The Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers (PTACs) makes available free and low-cost registration and marketing help for government contractors interested in selling products and/or services to federal, state, and local government agencies.
Customer can cancel this agreement by completing the form at usfcr.com/cancel within 48 hours of the acceptance of this agreement. After that time there will be a cancellation fee not to exceed the full amount of the purchase. The customer agrees not to stop pay on any types of payment including but not limited to Credit Cards, Checks, ACH, or Check Drafts. Any charges of a stop payment or dispute to any bank or payment processor will be in direct violation of this agreement and all charges associated with this action will be passed on to the customer, not limited to attorney fees and bank charges. By acceptance of this agreement you are bound to all its Terms and Conditions.
Completed registrations, including rushed registrations cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.
