USFCR has programs that help businesses and nonprofits streamline federal onboarding. These programs are for prime contractors who need help managing subcontractor compliance or any federal or commercial entity needing to streamline SAM registrations and set-aside certifications.

Vendor Management & Compliance Program

USFCR’s Vendor Management & Compliance Program (VMP) ensures that all of your subcontractors are registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and compliant. To assist you in meeting SBA set-aside goals, the program also gets your subcontractors in compliance for the SD/VOSB, ED/WOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) certifications if they qualify. The registration and compliance status of subcontractors is available online in USFCR’s Advanced Procurement Portal (APP).

Affiliate Program

The USFCR Affiliate Program is for entities that are involved with federal contracting and simply want to refer to USFCR those needing our services. We are able to quickly get small businesses and nonprofits onboarded to the federal sector. This may be for SAM registrations, SBA set-aside certifications, contractor training, or use of our web-based contracting portal.
